Our shipping methods are designed to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders, and our packaging is carefully chosen to maintain the quality of the products. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped securely using either DPD or Royal Mail.

Once your order has been dispatched, DPD or Royal Mail will handle your delivery and provide real-time tracking updates.

 

Delivery Options

We currently offer the following services:

  • DPD Next Day Delivery
    Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are shipped for next-day delivery.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24                                                                                          Tracked to deliver point. Aim to deliver next working day. Photo on delivery.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48                                                                                      Tracked to delivery point. Aim to deliver in 2-3 working days. Photo on delivery.

 

Next Day Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Thursday, on the same day.

Orders placed after 1pm, on a Friday, or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.

 

Standard Delivery (1-2 business days)

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you updated.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a DPD or Royal Mail tracking number via email or text.
You can track your parcel live through the appropriate app or website.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, size, and location.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £35.00 (after discounts and promotions have been applied - UK Mainland Only)

 

Damaged Parcels

Please inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives. If your order is damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

 

Failed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery, DPD will attempt delivery again, or leave the parcel at a safe place or DPD Pickup Shop (depending on your chosen settings)

Royal Mail will try to redeliver your parcel the next working day. If this fails they will leave you a red 'Something for you' card and take the item back to the Customer Service Point. You can then either collect it or arrange a redelivery (full details will be on the card).

Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur a re-shipping fee.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us.
We will work directly with your delivery company to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

While DPD and Royal Mail aim to deliver next day, please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasionally, delays can occur that are outside of our control, such as severe weather, road closures, or courier network disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and patience if this happens. We cannot refund any delivery cost for delayed orders.

We currently deliver within the UK mainland.
If you require delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or offshore Islands, please contact us before placing your order, as additional charges and slightly longer delivery times may apply.
