At Natures Meadow, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping options.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using DPD and Royal Mail, depending on your chosen delivery option at checkout.
Delivery Options
DPD Next Day Delivery – Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are shipped for next-day delivery. DPD provides a one-hour delivery window, real-time tracking updates, and options to leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a DPD Pickup Shop.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Delivered the next working day, with a photo taken on delivery.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Delivered in 2–3 working days, with a photo taken on delivery.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Thursday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, on a Friday, or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or text. You can track your parcel through the DPD app/website or Royal Mail's tracking service.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, size, and delivery location.
Free delivery on all orders over £35.00 (after discounts and promotions are applied, UK Mainland only).
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the UK mainland only. If you are located in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or on an offshore island, please contact us before placing your order, as additional charges and longer delivery times may apply.
Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Failed Deliveries
DPD: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, DPD will attempt redelivery or leave your parcel in a safe place or at a DPD Pickup Shop.
Royal Mail: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Royal Mail will try to redeliver the next working day. If this also fails, they will leave a red "Something for you" card and return the item to your local Customer Service Point for collection.
Unclaimed parcels may incur a re-shipping fee.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work directly with the delivery company to investigate. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; we are unable to refund delivery costs for delayed parcels.
