How often can I give treats to my pet?

Treats should be given in moderation to your pet, alongside a balanced diet of hay and regular feed.

Can pets with sensitive stomachs eat these treats?

We recommend introducing treats gradually and checking ingredients if your pet has sensitivities.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders received before 12PM will be processed and despatched the same day Mon - Fri

Orders received after 12pm on Fridays and over the weekend will be despatched on Mondays.

We aim to deliver all products within 1-2 business days, depending on your location.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you may be able to change or cancel your order, if your items have not yet been dispatched

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

If for any reason your item arrives damaged or defective, please email info@naturesmeadow.co.uk and we will be happy to help.

Please do not send order queries to our social chats as these can get lost and may end up with a delayed solution.
